Ride & Delivery Services

• Completed Rides/Deliveries: Once a ride or delivery is successfully completed, refunds are not typically issued unless there is a verified service failure (e.g., wrongful charges, trip not taken, or driver no-show).
• Cancelled Rides:
• If a user cancels a ride before driver arrival, no charge will be incurred.
• If cancellation occurs after the driver has arrived or is en route, a cancellation fee may apply depending on time and distance.
• Driver No-Show or Service Issues: If a driver fails to show up, or if a service issue is reported and verified, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Dispute & Refund Requests

To request a refund or resolve a payment issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction by:

• Submitting a request via the in-app Help & Support section
• Emailing our support team at support@bonjo.ng

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Note:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
