This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Bonjo Digital Limited ("Bonjo", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Bonjo App and related services. By registering for or using the Bonjo App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Bonjo App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of Services

Bonjo offers access to multiple services including:

• e-Hailing Taxi
• Courier and Logistics Delivery
• Food, Grocery, and Pharmacy Delivery
• Mechanic, Towing, and Ambulance Services

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Treat drivers, dispatchers, and other users with respect and courtesy.
• Refrain from fraud, harassment, or misuse of the app.
• Follow all safety guidelines and local traffic laws when using ride or delivery services.
• Provide accurate delivery information and be available for communication when using on-demand services.

5. Payments and Charges

You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of Bonjo services, including fares, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. All payments must be made via the app. Prices are subject to change.

6. Termination and Suspension

Bonjo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement or engage in conduct harmful to our platform, partners, or users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Bonjo App are the property of Bonjo Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Bonjo provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonjo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Bonjo App is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect and use your personal data.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
